* Quality Complaints & Claims

Any quality-related issues with the material must be reported in writing within 7 days from the date of receipt of the material. Claims reported after this period will not be entertained.

All risks of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the buyer once the goods leave the seller’s factory or warehouse.

* Material Quality and COA Compliance

Material may be considered for return only if it does not conform to the specifications and quality parameters mentioned in the applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA) provided or agreed upon at the time of ordering.

In such cases, the quality of the supplied material shall be verified through a mutually agreed third-party laboratory. Both the buyer and the seller shall accept the laboratory testing process, and the test results shall be used to determine whether the supplied material meets the agreed specifications.

A return or refund will be considered only after the non-conformity has been established through the agreed verification process.

*Use of Material as per Recommended Procedure

If the supplied material conforms to the applicable COA but is used contrary to the recommended method of use, specified application procedure, or applicable technical instructions, the material shall not be eligible for return or refund on that basis.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the material is used under the recommended conditions and in accordance with the relevant technical documentation.

*Mandatory Compliance with MOA (Method of Analysis)

Where a Method of Analysis (MOA) is provided along with the material, it is mandatory for the customer to follow the specified method for testing and evaluating the material.

Any quality assessment or claim regarding the material should be made using the applicable MOA, wherever provided, to ensure consistency and reliability of the results.

*Verification of COA Before Placing an Order

Customers are required to review and verify the COA provided as a reference at the time of placing an order.

By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges the applicable quality parameters and specifications stated in the relevant COA. Any specific quality requirements or deviations must be communicated and mutually agreed upon in writing before the order is confirmed.

Return of Opened or Used Material

Material supplied in drums, bags, containers, or any other packaging shall not be eligible for return or refund if the original packaging has been opened, broken, tampered with, or the material has been used.

Exception: This restriction shall not prevent a quality claim where the material is alleged to be non-conforming to the agreed COA. Such claims will be evaluated under Section 1 and shall remain subject to appropriate verification and applicable law.

*Return Value, GST and Transportation Charges

If a return is approved following the applicable verification process:

• The value of the accepted returned material shall be calculated excluding GST, subject to applicable tax laws and documentation requirements.

• Transportation and freight charges for returning the material to our designated location shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

• The return must be approved by the company before dispatch. Customers must follow the return instructions and packaging requirements communicated by the company.

Any applicable refund, credit note, or tax adjustment shall be processed in accordance with the agreed commercial terms and applicable laws.

Customers must notify the company in writing of any alleged quality issue and provide the relevant order details, batch or lot number, COA, and supporting test results.

The company may request additional information, samples, or third-party laboratory testing before deciding on the return request. No material should be dispatched back without prior written authorization from the company.
